Agreement
These terms govern your use of SignOff. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
The service
SignOff lets a home-service business record short personal videos and deliver them to its own customers by text or email, along with a hosted watch page and reporting. We may change or improve features over time; we will not materially reduce a paid feature during a paid term without notice.
Your responsibilities
- You are the sender. You must have a lawful basis and prior express consent to text each recipient.
- You must keep consent records accurate and honor opt-outs, which we also enforce automatically.
- You must not send unlawful, misleading, harassing, or unsolicited marketing content.
- You must not upload content you do not have the right to send, and you must not record anyone without their knowledge.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for your users' access.
Acceptable use
No reselling the service without written agreement, no attempting to bypass volume limits or security controls, no scraping, and no use for regulated categories prohibited by our messaging carriers (such as high-risk financial offers, illegal substances, or adult content).
Fees and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Trials are free for the stated period and require no card. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; founding-customer rates are honored for the life of the account as described at signup.
Your content
You keep ownership of your videos, branding, and customer data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver that content solely to provide the service. We will not use your videos in our own marketing without your written permission.
Suspension and termination
You can cancel at any time from billing settings. We may suspend an account for non-payment, for carrier or legal violations, or for conduct that puts the service or other customers at risk. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee message delivery, which depends on carriers, or any particular business outcome, including review or referral results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from messages you send, content you upload, or your breach of these terms — including claims under telemarketing and privacy laws.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States.
